Before doing BioSignature Modulation with Tony I had been weight training seriously for 3 years. During that time I had improved my strength, packed on muscle and improved my appearance dramatically. But all though I have tried before I have never been able to achieve a body fat level that I was satisfied with, a body fat level in the mid single digits where my abdominal muscles were clearly visible. Previous attempts to get this lean involved 5 heavy weight sessions a week with 20 minutes of cardio following all of them. along with HIIT cardio on at least 3 mornings a week, and a very low calorie diet consisting of eggs, tuna, chicken and steak. This worked for a short period but was way too much training and not enough food, I soon felt terrible and ended up losing muscle mass.

After seeing Tony I discovered my testosterone levels were abysmal and he gave me training, nutrition and supplementation protocols to address the problem.  Results came very quick, I was losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time. If I was told that I could do that before I would have called it BS but in 10 weeks I went from 96kg @ 15.4% body fat to 97kg @ 8.5% body fat. Which means during that time I lost 7kg of fat AND gained 8kg of muscle. I couldn't be happier and I know that it won’t be long now until I achieve my long term goal of 100kg at 6% body fat. All 100% natural.
